Sorry I missed a day yesterday.. I was just so tired I could not keep my eyes open.

morning: Juice of one lemon with warm water.. about 16 oz
Later in the morning had almond milk with cacao and coconut water and warm water added and a teaspoon of coconut oil.. for some reason I needed warm stuff...
Lunch: Large salad of romaine with cucumbers shredded carrots..did not have dressing..as carrots were wet..
no snack
dinner was around 8PM just had a 32 oz glass of fresh juice from spinach, celery cucumber, parsley, a fuji apple and half lemon. added water to make the 32 oz.. only about a half a cup of water tho.

breakfast: just water wasnt hungry
snack warm water coconut oil, cacao (ground), cinnamon, almond milk, young coconut water.
lunch: cucumber sliced with tomato dressing of olive oil and italian spices and some lemon juice..
snack: fuji apple
green Juice: as yesterday..
